how to measure
diameter:
Choose a ring that fits your desired finger and measure the inside of the band, side-to-side to find the accurate diameter. If your measurement falls between two sizes then we suggest you size up.
circumference:
Using string or a strip of paper, measure your finger by wrapping the measuring material around it. Make sure to pull the string/paper snug to make for an accurate measurement. Where the material overlaps, cut and measure the length of the string/paper. If your measurement falls between two sizes then we suggest sizing down.
resizing
Occasionally inaccurate measurements can be taken. For this reason we provide a resizing service for a flat rate of $40 AUD. This covers the cost of sending the ring back to you in one-piece as well as a little extra for resize costs. Please note resizing can be arranged for international orders but delivery, import and customs fees are the responsibility of the receiver.
shipping & returns
Each ring is packaged in a customised foil box with foam insert and polishing cloth, plastic free packaging. Inside each parcel is a care card with how to best look after your jewellery.
All Joy Hindmoor Jewellery pieces are handmade, packed and shipped from our Australia Studio. Free secure, safe & express shipping worldwide for orders over $600 AUD.
australia:
Shipping via Express Australia Post. Expected Delivery Time 1-3 business days from dispatch. Tracking details sent via email when parcel is dispatched. Postage rate is $11 AUD.
international:
Shipping via international Australia Post. Expected Delivery Time 7-10 business days from dispatch. Tracking details sent via email when parcel is dispatched. Postage rate is $28 AUD.
Please note that international orders may be subject to local taxes and duties upon arrival in your country. Shipping fees do not include these additional charges.

return & exchange
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return the item in its original, unused condition within 28 days of receipt. Returned items must be in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. A full refund will be issued excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, exchanges are also available.
No returns accepted for custom orders.
Returns will be customer responsibility until the parcel reaches us. Therefore we recommend sending the parcel using a tracked delivery service.

silver:
All silver jewellery is made using 925 Sterling Silver. Use a small amount of soap, water and a soft-bristled toothbrush to clean. Each piece is packaged with a small polishing cloth to return it's shine.
gold plating:
The gold plating service is a thick layer of 2 micron 18ct yellow gold. With time and wear it will naturally wear off. To prolong the gold plating for as long as possible, remove your piece when using hand wash, sanitiser, perfumes, oils and creams, showering and exercising.
